Hearth Hospitality began with a simple idea: the best moments in life are the ones that bring people together.

We’re siblings—Lucas, Julian, and Olivia, along with Lucas’ wife Katie and our lifelong friend Jason. Together, we’re building restaurants and inns across the American Riviera, each inspired by the moments we grew up cherishing and the ones we hope our own children will remember.

When we think of hospitality, we don’t picture lobbies or check-in counters. We picture long dinners that stretch into the night, the smell of something roasting in the oven, tiny barefoot feet running across the lawn, and the kind of laughter that lingers long after everyone’s gone home.

We have a soft spot for old-world charm, but an appreciation for the ease of modern life. That blend of past and present is what shapes our vision. From esteemed neighborhood restaurants that celebrate local ingredients to historic inns designed for gathering, Hearth Hospitality is about reimagining spaces steeped in nostalgia, but designed for today.
